Armando graduated from University of Alberta, Edmonton in 1972 and commenced work as a student at Wolrige Mahon that year. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1975.
Armando provides audit, accounting and related services to owner-managed businesses in construction, property development, investment holding, architectural, legal, hospitality, retail automotive, manufacturing, and medical industries.
Armando has served as a member of the Student Recruitment Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and volunteers at the Institute's annual senior citizens tax clinics.
He is a member of the Greater Vancouver Home Builders' Association and served as a director and treasurer for the Assocation from 1998 - 2001.
Armando is an active member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society and a local soccer association.
