Bruce Watson is a partner in the Financial Investigations Group. He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and is a Canadian CA and Chartered Business Valuator. Bruce served as a partner in a national accounting firm from 1981 to 1993, providing assurance and business advisory services to a wide range of clients. He subsequently served as an officer and director of certain public (TSX and NASDAQ) and private companies, working in the United States until returning to Vancouver in 2004.

Bruce's practice is focused mainly on business valuations, litigation support (including shareholder disputes, quantification of economic losses, and issues related to accounting principles or auditing standards), and financial modelling services related to public-private partnerships ("P3's").

Bruce has served as a director of a number of not-for-profit or charitable organizations in different communities including the United Way, the Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club, and a Community Foundation. He was a co-founder of Web Wise Kids, a not-for-profit organization focused on Internet safety through creative educational media, and serves on their Advisory Board.
