Paul joined Wolrige Mahon in 2003 after working nine years with another local mid-size CA firm. Paul has obtained experience and a variety of knowledge through audits and business engagements performed for clients in a wide range of industries.

For the last 10 years Paul has focused on providing services to the Entertainment and New Media. The services he provides include film and television tax credit analysis and preparation, audit and accounting services related to tax credits, consulting on financial structuring, personal and corporate tax, cross border tax, and business plans. Paul is active in the entertainment community attending various film festivals and trade forums such as Banff and AFM.

Today, Paul’s client base consists primarily of Canadian producers applying for the Canadian film or video tax credit. On an annual basis, he assists over 75 producers applying for this tax credit with combined budgets of over $400 million. Over the years, Paul has built relationships with CRA auditors, CAVCO analysts and BC Film analysts.
