Describe your day

I work with a diverse group of clients including law firms, construction and property developers, non-profit societies, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, professionals and public companies. I am a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Staff Education committees, and chair of our Professional Standards and Public Companies committees.

Personal philosophy

Treat everyone fairly and honestly. Be open to new ideas; but also have the conviction in one’s own beliefs.

Why did you choose Wolrige Mahon?

I knew a little bit about the firm prior to recruiting; as during my university days, I worked 3 summers with a client of Wolrige Mahon. I enjoyed meeting the people and it has been a great time ever since.

Community work

I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia’s Practice Review and Licensing Committee. I was Treasurer of the Katherine Sanford Housing Society for 8 years and I am currently Honorary Director.

Good advice

Work hard but try to maintain a balance.

What are your hobbies?

I enjoy golfing, reading (mysteries, especially) and gardening.
